Know what you are using.

Explore the demonstration, or enquire about a defined professional pilot. Any paid work starts only after a written agreement.

The Alpha is a demonstration

It uses illustrative questions, sample feedback and simulated decisions. It does not verify the law, assess your case, monitor deadlines, contact another party, capture real consent or file documents. Use fictional information only. A sample PDF is not an executed tenancy document.

The professional pilot

The two-week pilot tests communication on fictional scenarios. A written offer must identify the supplier and customer, deliverables, start date, payment terms, cancellation and refund arrangements before acceptance. A website visit or enquiry creates no service agreement and authorises no charge.

Live legal advice, notices, applications, hearings, representation, integration and ongoing support are outside this pilot. If the request falls outside scope, we will explain before accepting it. There is no automatic renewal and no guarantee of a particular dispute outcome.

Your decisions remain yours

The AdvoCat is independent of Tenancy Services and the Tenancy Tribunal. The current website is general information and product demonstration, not tailored legal advice. Ava’s immigration adviser licence relates to immigration advice; it is not a tenancy-law accreditation.

If a deadline, loss of housing or safety issue is involved, use an appropriate human or official service promptly. This inbox is not an emergency or deadline-monitoring service. Public help is available through Tenancy Services, Citizens Advice Bureau and Community Law.
